LOVE IT!!!!!

i smiled as i read this. sounds like my dog, a german short-haired pointer named nora. mostly a pretty good dog, she is very possesive about things, even dumb things, like paper or the television remote. usually a doggie treat will make her give up an object. she squirrels things away behind the recliner chair in the corner. i clean up after her when she goes to sleep in her kennel.
funny though, i picked her out of the litter because she went up to her doggie sister and stole the beanie baby right out of her mouth! i should have known that would be a sign of trouble, but i thought it was spunkiness back then...lol.

but dogs give you that unconditional love, so their naughtiness is worth it.

Hey with the size of your dog's mouth this will not leave much for anyone else!:D

My rescue mutt must have been sorely deprived of toys before he came here to live. He's "hidden" 3 toys so far. I suspect they are buried under one of the decks. One is a football & bright yellow so if it's around somewhere you'd think I could spot it.

when we go on our daily walk he has to have one of his squeekys in his mouth, I don't mind cause I figure the noise scares off the deer & coyote so we don't have an encounter on the path.

What bugs me is that I cannot get him to "fetch". we could have alot more fun if he would just give up the the ball!

Our little mutt hoards dog biscuits & nobody gets them away from her,she hides them in the bed, under the sofa cushions, etc. Big mutt has learned to bark at the door to get little mutt to run there, then he steals her biscuits!:D

Aren't dogs fun?
