I just thought I'd post this here. Some of us don't use the US system so it's difficult sometimes to understand weights and measures in many recipes. Of course, we won't need this for David's recipes LOL ;) I just throw a bit of this and a bit of that together sometimes myself, but if I'm following a recipe that already has measurements in it, then fluid ounces just doesn't make sense to me anymore.

If anyone finds better, faster, simpler ones, I'd love to have them posted please. I use them a lot. I have a better one somewhere in my bookmarks from Australia, but can't find it this second. Will post that later.

Thank you, Lara, this is a big BIG help. I never even thought to look for such a convenient converter for cooking, though I've used one for currency for ages.
For cooking I've only had the lists in the back of Elizabeth David's cookbooks. Good lists, but a pain to use. This is brilliant!
