Please Help New Poster

Hello,

I am writing this on behalf of a new poster that registered the other day.
She has pm'd me asking for help. Her problem is,
When she tries to start a new thread, it says that she does not have access. On the bottom of the forum pages, it says, "you can not post new threads. You can not reply to threads."
Does anyone have any ideas or can anyone help??
Her signature is "Whatisit"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Linda :)

Most likely he or she didn't get the email confirmation notice. A lot of providers don't like they way BrainTalks emailer introduces itself, and marks it as spam.

Ask him or her to check their trash, spam, bulk folders for an email from BrainTalk communities.

If all else fails give me the username and I'll manually confirm them :)

She should be able to post now. Although she most likely won't get any emails sent from BrainTalk.
