Franchise Tax Board/Levy/My back account/SSDI

I am a physically disabled person that lives off a $1200 SSDI check each month. It is my only source of income. Does the Franchise Tax Board have legal right to levy my bank account which contains only money from my SSDI check?
I am not sure if I am on the right forum.
