Ive been newly diagnosed with RSD and it seemed like for a long time I never had any good days. Lately I seem to have some good days and now it seems to stretch for a week. I still have some symptoms but they are not so intense. I was thinking that maybe the weather had alot to do with it becuz it is getting warmer, but even on a warm day my symptoms can be bad.

My major issue right now is still that I feel like my skin is burning like a sun burn and if I am outside and I do get just a little sun on my skin it feels like a really bad sun burn and I have to get covered. Also I still sweat alot *ALOT so if I am sweating and air breeze by me that causes me to be very uncomfortable. so nowadays I have to wear a shaw outside or sweater and it is in the 90 degrees. I feel caught in a 90 year old body and I am only in my late 30's.

I guess it seems like I am still having some issues with it, but it is not comparable to what I was going through just months ago. So I am just wondering if there are patterns of symptoms of RSD. If most people have it 24 hours 365 without any letting up or if the symptoms seem a little better is common.

A lot of us, myself included, as time goes on, things...well some aspects, get less intense. For some it takes longer even. I try to explain it this way. The body has to "get used to" the pain it feels. Once it gets "used to it" then symptoms can ease up somewhat. Our rsd will always be dictated by everything and nothing. The fluctuations of rsd are normal.
