My father is coming over from America to the UK and wants to see me at my sister's place which is in Greater London. I am getting really stressed/worried about it as i am not sure whether i will have my brother with me when i make the trip up there. I am ok when it comes to getting the train to London but making my way solo from the station to my sister's place is the problem. I'm not good when it comes to directions/getting to places i'm not that familiar with.
Added to that is the fact that he wants me to go up there on a Saturday when it will be especially busy in London and the crowds are likely to make me even more agitated and nervous.

I am hoping that my sister will be able to meet me at the station and go on to her place from there.

I do not think any of my family fully realise how much of a problem i have when it comes to getting to places/poor sense of direction and how overwhelming being somewhere busy with lots of people dashing hither and thither might be.

In thee past i have on more than one occasion ended up freaking out ,in a state of acute panic and irrationality because i have got myself lost.

I understand that is awful rough. sounds to me like it would help you to make a solid plan ahead of time, be definite in your request for your sister, or another person, to have planned ahead of time to meet you at the station. If you have an agreement ahead of time is she likely to carry through and be there?
