I am about 2 months into my phn and the pain has been replaced with severe Itching and some numbness. Doc has me on Lyrica. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

It has been 6 months since my shingles outbreak. I have PHN. The pain has gone but I am also left with itching and some numbness, I have a doctors appt this week I hope I can get some info.
