Well, I tried the chromium to lower my blood sugar levels. I think it may have worked too good. I was suppose to go in for blood work in another week, but the way I felt, I couldn't wait. I haven't had any chromium for just over 24 hours, now and my energy level is up substantially. It will be interesting to see what the blood tests show. It could be that it drove my glucose below normal. Maybe 100mcg is sufficient rather than the 500mcg (or somewhere in between) I was taking. I'll post the test results when I get them.

Brad,
I'll be interested in your levels as you know I have to get my sugar down as well. But I won't sacrifice how I feel, I don't know how you can stand going through that. You're a tough dude. And, your experimentation helps the rest of us out.
Have you heard from Kira? I just got my internet at my new house and was wondering if you had heard from her. If not, we'll be worried again.
I wanted to post a picture for you of the mountains outside my new house so as to convince your wife. Can we do that (posting of pictures) within this forum?

I'll be interested, but still haven't heard. I may have to call. Snail mail is slow.
I think we're all the same way with regards to posting here. If there's nothing new, we don't post.
You can post pictures. Just scroll down to where the button is that says "Manage Attachments", then upload the picture. You may have to edit it to fit with in the file size constraints. I've attached a picture from my dog. I had to reduce its size and resolution to keep the file size within the constraints.

Well, I got my test results finally. The Chromium didn't work. My fasting glucose was the highest ever at 119. My cholesterol was slightly lower, and my CK was nearly 1000, but I hadn't been doing anything for two weeks before to make it go up at all. So, I'm off the niacin, chromium, and CO-E1. No sense in taking something that doesn't work.
