Writing is the most effective stress reliever for me. Writing down my thoughts through letters and posts makes me feel good. It takes away the hurt that I may be feeling at that instant. It also adds to my joy if I can write. I’ve never been bored with it and I can do this for as long as I can.

:)I kept memoirs for about 20 years after my Brain Injury. The best thing I ever did, helped me understand and reflect on daily life in a way I never would have been able.
