My wife has been on disability for nearly a year for CFS, it was a tedious stressful process getting disability. We live in Arizona and the Hartford insurance company are sending a representative from Connecticut to interview my wife for about 2 to 3 hours. She is worried and intimidated about this – the conclusion we draw is that they are looking for a way of stopping the disability payments which would be disastrous.
Please can anybody tell us what her legal rights are, for instance can does she have to answer medical question or can she refer the company to her specialist.
