what he said sounds very reasonable to me. i did feel good when i exercised. i just overdid it. that's not good either

I felt so much better when I was able to exercise regularly. I am not really sure about the juicer idea. It removes all of the fiber and leaves all the calories from the juice.

I have to admit, I watched him when I was a kid and he looks pretty much the same as he did 40 years ago. I wonder if he has ever had any plastic surgery?.:rolleyes:
