Thanks Cheryl. Have some problems that look like the could be Addison's Disease - messed up adrenal glands. I am waiting to have some tests, a CAT scan to check for tumors is one of them. That scares me a bit. I have been feeling pretty lousy lately, that's for sure.

I see you are going for your IVIG. I hope that is helping like it should. Last time I heard school was going well. I am still teaching Grade 5, just having trouble getting up enough energy lately to climb the stairs to the classroom, nevermind teach!

All the best and thanks for thinking of me. I know Kathy mentioned me on a thread. She is so caring!

Hugs Shirls. I hope you have a better day today.

I was just wondering how your daughter is doing? :)

I had a whole bunch of bloodwork today and was not at school so not one of my better days unfortunately.

Thanks for asking about Jen. She is in Grade 12, so will be off to University in the fall (sniff, sniff). She is an "A" student and a lovely young woman (can't believe she will be 18 in March) and I sure will miss her.

How is your family?

I e-mailed you Kathy. This room was taken over by 3 teenage girls last night. I had all the blood work and the test taken with the synthetic cortison injection. Now my CAT scan is on Dec. 29th, which for here is very quick.

I am still exhausted. My joints are swelling and I don't know why. The fingers are getting sore.

Thanks for asking K.

I had a reaction to the synthetic cortisol injection for goodness sakes, what will happen at the CT scan when they inject the dye?
Thanks for prayers, Cheryl.

Dear Shirley, gentle ((((hugs)))) and I do hope they sort it out or you. Hopefully the dye will be OK, but maybe they could do a test run for you? It is a strange feeling when it goes through you. But a reaction would not be pleasant.
