Welcome! And welcome to old members, too, who may just be finding their way back :).

This forum used to be a very busy place chock full of good information and unbeatable support, but due to an unfortunate forum crash and three months of downtime, many members have found other places to post. There are many other Celiac Forums on the Internet. This one, however, did cater to neurological manifestations and a broader definition of gluten sensitivity.

Still, I (and perhaps a few others) will be checking in daily (except while out of town or sick ;)) to answer questions and direct you to any information that might be helpful.

So, please, don't hesitate to post! Who knows... it may bustle here again one day.

Meanwhile, I'd like to offer The Gluten File (http://jccglutenfree.googlepages.com), a resource of medical articles and research, and other websites pertaining to Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity. The Diagnostic Thread and Favorite Links page are good places to start, and then, of course, any topic area which fits your circumstance. You can also feel free to pm here or email any questions via the contact info on TGF.

Thanks!

Cara

To connect with other people who are interested in the neurological manifestations of gluten sensitivity, check out this forum:

http://forums.braintalk2.org/forumdisplay.php?f=13

Temporarily named BrainTalk 2, this forum was created when BrainTalk crashed. It looks much the same as this forum and served as a home for displaced BrainTalk members. It is currently quite hopping and some of the old information that was here is starting to be rebuilt there.

I still hope that the archeives can be retrieved here on BrainTalk, but in the meanwhile...

I am waiting to see if the old data is restored. We had to restore everying a little over a year ago and did a wonderful job of bring the GS/CD forum back to life. BT has been back up for only a short time. I am hoping we will hear in the next day or two if the we will get back all the old info.

I ran across a post from ZombieSlayer saying that the old posts would be available as an archive [assuming they are recovered]. I'm not sure what that specifically means. I have suspect it will be read only.

Even a read only archive would help. At least we could link to it. Finding stuff in the cache is a hit or miss endeavor and very time consuming.

Read only would be fine by me too.

This is the first time I have tried to get on the site in months - it sounds like it just recently came back. I missed all of you :)

Hi Deb!

I am happy to see you! I was so worried we'd lose track of you in all of this hullabaloo. We've been hanging here, there, and everywhere...but I am happy to reconnect with old friends :).

If you want to stay in touch if there were ever to be another crash, PM Al (aklap). He volunteered to keep a list of our contact info.
