To publicily post your email, Digikitty, so that spam bots do not harvest it (an yes, you posted it in a readable format for them) use something like this which can be read by a human but NOT a bot: southernlady5464 @ gmail dot com. Liz

I HAVE a vb forum (listed in my signature) that has a spinal board on it. It's a general purpose forum not a medical one but I have a section for health topics and spinal issues is one of the forums there. So if something does happen again, we could all meet at *my place* til BT gets back online. Liz
