My name is Jennifer and I have congenital hydrocephalus and I want to go to a community college, what kind of help could I get to help me through? I have been out of high school going on 4yrs. I went through voc rehab, but they wouldn't help me because my IQ is to low. My IQ is below 60, but I think they should consider my hydro.
