Is everybody out Christmas shopping, or what?? :confused:
I've had some doctor appointments this week and so far everything looks good. My blood pressure is good (102/66) and I've lost 16 pounds since my last doctor visit, which was two months ago. Not a HUGE drop, but it's good enough for me (and for my doctor too :D ) At least it's going down instead of up! LOL
We've been pretty spoiled here the past week or more with WONDERFULLY warm weather (50's - 60's) - but that came to screeching halt today! :eek: BRRR! Last night at this time it was 50+ degrees - tonight it's already down to 25 degrees - heading to 15!!!! But no snow coming soon, so I'm not going to complain (much - lol) about the cold! ;) I'll just put a sweater on under my coat and keep going!
