Hi

I have had MS for 13 years and have only used natural medicine. I started with less stress and more fruit and veggies. I have done every thing oxygen therapy is great it really helps get rid of lesions on the brain but can be expensive but hopefully we can get insurance to pay for it soon. Acupunture is great it help with my eye site. Chines tea really helps with a lot of problems relaxes me helps with stiffness. Vitamins are really important Multivitamin, vitamin D, Calcium, OPC, Tucuman, minerals and B complex this all really helps with MS and Omega 3 fish oil is a must. I also have the Walk aid it helps with drop foot .
I would love to hear what other people are doing for MS that is Alternative. If you have any quwestions dont hesitet to ask

alley, you wrote that oxygen therapy is great etc.
I wasn't diagnosed with MS, but had several symptoms. I discovered by taking 250 mgs of Vitamin B1 - OR 1000mgs Vitamin C - 3 times a day as suggested on the bottle - suppressed my symptoms within minutes.

Much research, experimentation, trial and error - I discovered by taking 6 doses a day, it gave a better result and covered 24 hours better.

I experimented with many things. I tried all sorts of doses - small, large, several things together etc. I found it wasn't what I took, but how it worked in the body, which made the difference.

I found that each dose increased my breathing - more oxygen 24/7 - which eventually reversed my many nerve damaged symptoms.
Hope it works for someone else.
