Please help banned user...

There is a user Lauren88 who has been banned for some reason but no one on the board where she normally posts knows why. She is sweet girl with CP and wouldn't say a bad word to a ghost. I am pretty sure that there has been some sort of mix up. Can someone please look into this?

Lauren88 is not banned, and as far as I could tell, never was.

If she's having problems with logging in, ask her to email the exact error message she is getting to me.

I will ask her the exact wording. I did find out it is telling her that her IP is blocked. Thanks

This is the message that she is getting. She has sent a couple messages to the admin thru the link provided but has not received a response and it has been at least a week. Thank you in advance for any help.

Ask her to email me directly. The ip she registered with isn't blocked, but it could have changed since then.

Never got an email but I think I found out why she could not post :) She should be able to now.

Whatever you did worked because she emailed me and let me know that she can now log on.
