My younger daughter had severe complex migraines. Weirdly, a medication given to her that was supposed to ease anxiety (which turned out to be a side-effect of medication) caused yet another side-effect - agoraphobia. But that stopped when she stopped that medication. Weird.
Anyway... I do not have agoraphobia, but completely understand that shock feeling you are talking about. I was given Cymbalta and had withdrwal symptoms each time it started wearing off... and worse... when I tried to wean off from it I went through severe withdrawal. I mean... REALLY severe.
I've also heard about the shock thing a lot from Paxil. I didn't get that, but also had SEVERE withdrawal from it.
Anyway, she no longer has migraines after over 17 years of suffering, after finding Celiac, hormone problems and needing CoQ10.
Sorry about the side-effects you are having from the meds.
