I'm wondering....if OCD could be a symptom of dysautonomia? Some OCD's are caused by physical problem so it was difficult to understand ---well, could dysautonomia be a "physical" cause? HHHmmmm?

I am 46. When I turned 34 I started experiencing fatigue then - aches and pains.. It is still with me now only worse and I have been diagnosed with Fibro which is a joke since there's no treatment.. I tried Cymbalta and that stuff made me feel like I was going crazy - stopped it after 3-weeks. I was put on a trial of Lyrica which helped some but I was scared of long term side effects so when the trial I was over they offered me long term treatment because it helped but I opted out..
