Thanks for the info I have been unable to sleep well for over a year and I now believe its because I had a hystorocomy (?) and it has really affected my sleep. I have tried every sleeping pill on the market and non of them work or would only work for a few days. I dont know what I"m going to do but in the meantime I will read your article and hope that it helps
