Why ?

I recieved a private message and in it i was told that due to an infraction i had incurred 100 penalty points and restricted use of BT until the infraction expires,and given no idea when that would be..I am glad BT is back but perplexed as to this

infraction.What have i done ? It was never my intention to spam and i really do not know how i did it.I therefore don't see why i should incur any penalty.Please explain.Could it be something my computer has done without my knowlege ? If so what ?
I tried to reply but was told the reciepiant did not accept PM'
So can anyone here answer my questions?

Hi there :)

This sounds like the infraction feature that vB has within it's software. Usually it's automatic and either certain words, or posting X amount of posts over Y amount of time triggers it.

I'm not sure if this will stay or if it just wasn't turned off yet.
