Help Mother is visiting and I need low residue reciepes

Hi there,

My mother has an colostomy bag and is coming to visit. I always try to prepare foods that she can eat as well as the rest of my family but I seem to fall short of recipes. She needs a low residue diet so I was hoping someone here might have some ideas. I love to cook and we are foodies so I don't mind going though extra steps to make a good meal.

Hi Sail,

I don't know how much time you have but I googled "low residue recipes" and got a bunch of references for books to buy, or you may be able to find one in your local library. The thing I noticed was to avoid a lot of fiber, but check it out.
