Hi Steve,
On another post you said that there was a liquid form of the oxy. Would I need a whole new prescription for it? And, grrr I have been using the same pharmacy for 20 years so why wouldn't she say something to me!

Some Pharmacists don't think past what is in front of them.. out of stock is out of stock - period!... In theory... you have a Rx for a certain total number of oxycodone.. as long as the substitute doesn't exceed that total number of mgs... you have met the intent of the Rx and the "letter of the law". What an individual Pharmacist may or may not do .. is a whole other issue
