intravenous pulse steroid treatment for cidp

My partner has recently been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease named CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy), she does not have health insurance and we are looking for a place where she can be treated with intravenous pulse steroid treatment.
Does any body know of such a place in NYC?
