looking for an old pain level chart

On the old braintalk forum we once had a thread about a pain chart. It was listing the various stages of the pain level such as:
:) no pain then a level where it said pain tolerable then maybe pain, yet can still do daily work...pain level to high to do anything, etc. Not to good at explaining here, but sure wish I could find someone that still has it or remembers. It has been more than a few years, since I go back all the way to the beginning. I was milliesmom/milliesmom2, until the forum blew up. Forget what I called myself before that..for a while we went without a computer.
