I have been dealing with this crap for awhile now ever since august of last year. Even went to a coping center for help. They put me on seriquil and paxil and colonapin. My blood sugar has went from a normal 90 to 132 last night. I am not a diabetic but my wife is. I used her equipment to check it. I go see a doctor today at 3 pm and have no clue what meds to ask for that wont hurt my body that bad,... I dont know this is all new to me and i am just sick and tired of all the rollercoaster rides of emoitions i have been going through. They put me on this med it works for awhile then boom i am right back to where I was before so they change it again , it works for awhile then boom i am right back to , cant go outside, afraid to go to sleep , cant sleep ,bitching at my family for the smallest thing then 2 seconds later apologizing for it it is driving me even more crazy. Cant get a job I am just a big fat looser is how i feel most of the time.:(
Hi there, just wanted to welcome you back. I'm afraid I don't have any of the answers either. Tho' I wish it were something simple to figure out and fix, I'm finding out it's not.
Maybe someone else will answer with better info for anyone needing help with anxieties & depression. It's hard to say myself just what is wrong and to just let every day go by without doing anything much.
Is your problem seasonal at all? I think I do much better in warmer weather. I'm hoping that comes soon so I can see if that will help me with my troubles.

Hi, I thought I would chime in and give you the link to the Bipolar disorders forum. It is rather busy and the folks there are very knowledgable, I am sure thety can help you figure out what is going on.
They also have a lot of experience with the meds that help.
