How can I post a sticky?

Hi Everyone,

I have had almost no TN pain without surgery and would like to post a sticky about my experience. I think it would benefit people who are uncertain about surgery because 2 neurologists and an ophthalmologist that I consulted recommended invasive surgery that I didn't have, and I still went from being crippled to being well in the span of a few weeks using non-invasive methods.

Posting your email address is also suspect as we are surrounded by desperate people willing to do anything to get rid of pain.
