migraines that last for weeks + trigeminal neurgila

I have had a migraine for the past week. I feel like I am about ready to go insane!!!!!!I also have trigemial neurgila. I have had TN for 4 and a half years. I am to the point the the medicines do not work and I have consint pain. I have at least 5-30 attacks per day. I think my migraine is from my neck being out of place. i had neck surgey 2 year ago. However even after seeing the doctors taking imetrx, ibu, asprin, morphine and many more I still have a massive headace that will not go away. I think the TN is keeping it present and will not let it go away. I do have an appointment with my neursergeon in march to deal with the TN. He is going to do an MRI w/ hi resoulotion cuts. I hope he can find something. I would just like to get the MVD do if that is the best. I can not take this pain any more if you have any suggestions please let me know. :confused:

I can only say I had a migraine that lasted from August 07 to Nov 08 until the MD's found the right drug combination.. Most gave me side effects and no relief and they were expensive. I saw a Migaine specialist and he put me on Elavil with dosage increase and in about 1 month the headace was gone!!!
