Hi all;

New to the site and amazed at the amount of anny survivors and people inflicted with them.

I had a 18mm ruptured anny clipped ten years ago, things went well after that till i developed Epilepsy, still had constant head aches but not as bad as before the op.

I was diagnosed just after xmas with a 2mm anny that is according to the surgeons untreatable. The surgeons at my local hosp sent my info on to hosp's in both Sydney and Melbourne, got the same answer there as well.

Been told not to lift and to take things easy which is logical.

What i want to know is how do you live a normal life knowing whats inside your head?

Would love to hear from people in the same position.

Thank You.

hi billion & welcome.

i am not familiar with annies. i have heard this from spouses of those that have had them, that if you are awake after having one, you are already considered a survivor, of sorts. they must be awesome awful things if this is what is told to the loving ones after their special person has opened their eyes after having one.

you will find lots of places to join in here. i hope you will stay and become part of this family of sorts here at BrainTalk. My own favorite forum is the Emotional Forum. That covers a lot of things there and that group is always loving & supportive I've found.

so join in with everyone and make this your home as well.

I am living with my own progressive demons as well. That is how I try to look at things these days.
