How do you get a lawyer to take your calls

I can't get my lawyer to take my calls or take my case with some importance.

Last hearing she wasn't ever prepared. I lost a chuck of money but thankfully WC sided with me.

When we needed a medical report she asked me to ask the doctor the question.
I don't know what to ask!

I need some advice as to what to do.

Tell her she is FIRED and find a different attorney! Thruth is you can't force or get anyone to do something they don't want to.

The other option is to go to her surperior or the judge and explain the situation, maybe that will light a fire under her.

I worked for the state I live in, and believe me the squeeky wheel gets the grease!
