Im looking for advice, serious advice, ok, I broke my back in 2004, I have trouble managing my pain, I am willing to travel to B'ham, South Tennessee, Georgia, wherever it isnt to ridiculouus, I have beeen looking for a PM dr for almost 2 yrs they are always saying, no new patients, or check back, so on and so on, I have my papers and documentation and just want someone to listen to me, I have money and very good insurance, I dont even require a referral, any info on someone, or some advice on what I can say to get in the door?, Ive called rehab medical Drs, PM Drs, Pain clinics, anethesiologist, wow I could use some help here, I am near Huntsville Alabama, Scottsboro, Decatur, Muscle Shoals, Florence, B'ham, Gadsden, Fayetteville Tn, Nashville Tn, Columbia Tn, and so on,anyway guys I sure would appreciate any advive or direction, a list of drs that I can call that will listen, heck anybody that cares, Please help me out here, Thanks alot guys and gals and I hope that someone has some help for me here, god bless and I look foward to making friends, Im also looking on the internet, Ive just got to have some release from the pain, any advice where to look on there to, till I can find someone,,,, Thank you Bamma

Download or fill in New patient form,
fax most recent imaging and progress notes to the number.

At the least, you will get told while no one will see you.
At the most, you'll find a highyl qualified board certified Pain Specialist. ;)
