I have a cd of my MRI on my brain because Army says I have TBI, and I wonder if I can send my cd to someone they can inturpit for me, because the people who read mine said within normal limits, but it states in one of my folders the T7 in brain has damage, I get hedaches, my hands shake, no long term memorey, and vision problems, fingers and feet tingle like small needles. please advise me.

You need to have a doctor look at it. If possible, a neurosurgeon should check it out. Neurologists are notorious for their cluelessness about how structure abnormalities and injuries affect the brain and our abilities to live our lives.
