Adam is starting to get stubborn already with the Lamictal..
I'm trying to keep him on it each morning.. Well school days are easier when he takes his Vyvanse for ADHD. But non school days are harder to remember. Yesterday he slept later and then the day went on and early afternoon i rembered and I kept telling him to take his med and he was in his "moods" and wasn't listening.. He didn't end up taking it til last night.. Then he took his regular one this morning.. Well when he got home from school today we were getting ready to leave for Noah's doc appt and Adam says "Mom whats this?" and shows me his back... His back is COVERED in BUMPS!! Like pimply and blistery and red bumps!! They hadn't been there. I thought of how he took his med last night then this morning and how close they were together!! When I took Noah to ped I asked if she could see Adam but when she came in she explained that she didnt really know much bout Lamictal rash and that I should take him to the doc that prescribed it.. uggggg I only had 10 minutes to get him across town to get psych to check it!! I tried calling and got voice mail. I took off over there and recep was just leaving it as it was little after 5. She called psych out of office and when he looked at Adam's back we noticed bumps were lot less and he asked Adam if they itched and Adam said no. Dr. J (psych) said the rash would itch so bad that Adam would want to rip his skin off if it was Lamictal rash and that it wasn't the rash. WHEWWWWWWWWWW...
As we left Mr. Attitude says I TOLD you it wasnt the rash!! arrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggg Im going to SLAP him!!! If he would just TAKE his MEDS like he is SUPPOSE TO then I wouldn't worry bout it so much!!!
Noah is running fever almost all weekend (low fever today 99.something when our normal is 97) and green nose and stuff but doc said just to wait and see.. It's not their reg ped. It's one of his partners.. If he keeps running a fever I might take him back.
Well Im going to bed. I wanted to be in bed before midnight tonight. It would be a first in like over a month!! Lately its been like 2 am and then I get up at 6 tho Friday we overslept and my van was broke down again and so everyone missed their busses and I couldnt take them to school.. So I'm HOPING to get more sleep tonight....
