I have been trying to cook and avoid eating much MSG since the new DR told me about MSG, which I was clueless about MSG.
Since then I have been trying to avoid it, which proves almost impossible. It seems to be in everything and labeling isn't very truthful on foods which makes it hard to avoid, they use a lot of different names for this.

I realize too this could by why my BP bottoms out on me amongst many other things.
I thought I would share this with you all.
Its amazing and very upsetting that we are all eating this and do not realize what it can do to us. The FDA claims it is safe:confused:, it is NOT

That is great that you are gluten free :)
I am trying to be as much free from MSG as possible.
It is so difficult, they are even spraying crops with this stuff.
I know we will grow a bigger garden this summer and I will be learning much more about how to can/freeze all of our homegrown items to help us know what we are really consuming.
I am on B2 now and with the foods I have learned to avoid, I have had a few good days in the last few weeks, it is so nice to have a few better days and that I am not suffering as miserably as it was every day for me. Oh I feel like the future is going to be something to look forward to. But it will have many struggles to learn how and what is safe to eat for me.
