is the 50 lbs I lost since February :)

Hoping the last 15 will come off between now and Feb 2009, and have been exercising and being mindful of what I put in my mouth through the holidays.

:D

Thanks! I started Weight Watchers on Feb14th last year ("heart day"--get it?) and also began doing cardio and weights (mostly DVDs) and doing at least one hour+ hike or something outdoors with the whole family on the weekends. It was encouraging to see that a lot of the reasons I ate (boredom, depression, etc.) just lifted once I straightened out my eating and was regularly exercising. I think we all deserve to do something healthy and positive for ourselves--we sacrifice a lot for our kids and families and all the other responsibilities, so this is my version of "me" time. Plus, Sierra loves watching me workout--she and the cat sit on the couch and silently exchange snide comments about my butt, I'm sure :)

Congratulations Laura!!

I think year before last and into this past year I lost 50 lbs also and would like to lose another 30. Tho people dont believe I weighed that much or NEED to lose another 30.. I would like to get to 150 again..

Not sure if I can after having 4 boys and all my medical but if I can lose this much I can sure try. I just did mine by not eating til I was full. I only ate til I broke the hunger cycle and watched what I ate. When we ate out I ate grilled chicken sandwich with either LIGHT mayo or no mayo and no fries. I dont drink soda. I only drink water or Arizona Rasberry Tea. I'm not able to exercise much. Im going to try to go to P/T again tho for my back. That helped when I was able to get on their machines.

I'm believing you can lose the rest!! You CAN do it!!
