brain aneurysm

Hi i've just been told i have a aneurysm, i am having my operation on the 16th of January, the surgeon say's he is going to do a minicranotomy through the eyebow has anyone else had this done? if so can you tell me the recovery time and how your feeling thanks.

H tinks -- I'm sorry this is happening to you .... scary isn't it? I've had two brain surgeries because of a tumor and, in the hospital, met people with an aneurysm.

My surgeries were the "usual" thing, large incision through left temple, so I don't know about minicranotomy but I wanted to say that I am just fine .... I am thriving.

I felt fine after both clippings I have had two children since so you can see how well I am doing. Jess.
