Help. I am fairly sure it was somewhere around here that someone posted that you can send you diet preferences to a website and receive meal plans from them.

I think there might be a fee, but at this point, I'm willing to pay a fee just to start eating ballanced meals!

I just saw pictures of me from a year ago, before I quit smoking and gained some weight. Shocking, I looked like I had been starved !

But now that it has been 8 months, I am starting to lose some of the weight that I gained.

I used to love to cook, but now I mostly rely on my husband. His idea of vegetables is usually a can of peas or beans, - IF we even have a veggie.
oR if I am up to it, I make a cheese sauce and we have broccoli !

this site is free, when you register- you indicate dietary restrictions etc. and they will email a weekly meal plan with recipes to you.

Thanks jeannie and Kathrine!

I hope it helps us out! I REALLY don't want to look that thin again, at least not until I'm a lot older than I am now!

I'll let you know when I finally try it. Too busy with Christmas & all right now, so I cooked some boneless chicken breasts, bought romaine lettuce and pittas (pocket type) & small whole wheat tortillas and that's my major protein source for 2 days so far.
