Dear People
I have an elderly friend who has suffered from achalasia for a number of years. Eating is a real problem for her. Can anyone give me some advise as to what they find useful? She gets up in the middle of the night and eats honey puffs. She eats a lot of sugary things and not many whole foods or fruit or vegetables. I've suggested soups. Any advise greatly received.
