Sweet Cream Wedges With Warm Raisins

Serves 3

You will need:

10g ham

130ml cream

110g raisins

60g soft cheese

1 sausages

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 210 C

Grill the soft cheese

Sprinkle the soft cheese over the top

Defrost the ham

Defrost the sausages

Sprinkle the soft cheese over the top

Barbeque the raisins

Throw the ham away

Saute the raisins

Toast the cream

Bake for 70 minutes and serve hot
