Aneurysm

I have just been diagnosed with an M2 Branch Right Middle Cerebral Aneurysm, anyone know anything about them? The course taken? My balance is affected, I am having problems coming up with the right words during a conversation. Somewhat frustrating........ Am having a CT Angiogram this Thursday morning and an appointment with a neurosurgeon a week from today.
