Anne in IL

My name is Anne, I live in northern Il., have 6 kids, youngest son Aaron (twin, age 12) has autism.
I have been a member here before, then things happen and before ya know it, a year or more has gone by. I hope everyone I have "known" is all well and good, forging ahead as we can all only do.
BAD morning with Aaron, he began crying because he has to wear long pants to school now. He wears sweats only, and now complains that they are too 'furry' he pulls them up to his knees usually, like shorts, this morning however, the pants didn't have any elastic on the bottom, so they kept slipping down, the cat (one of many) scratched his leg trying to get to the shoe laces as we tied his shoes, THEN we couldn't find his regular jacket, had to wear someone else's sweatshirt, by the time we got to the van, he was almost hysterical.....got him buckled in, try to calm him down "Take a BIG breath boy!". He couldn't calm, began gagging.....I got him off the van just in time for him to up-chuck in the driveway. I said I'd drive him in, and let the van go. (We only live about 3 blocks from school) Came in the house where he lost his entire breakfast, then he asks me if he's staying home because he threw up. NOPE!! LOL
Ahhhh, Monday's!! Am I right? Or...am I right? LOL
Peace folks, I hope to get to know you all a little bit better.
blessings, Anne
