Hi ,I want to put a small picture (avatar ?) onto this site. I have a picture but it is 320 x 240 d.p.i. and it needs to be 80 x 80 . How do I reduce it to fit? I use the public libraries which has "paint " available on the desk top will this be of help?
thanks , hope I put this in the right place.

That would be this one:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
Only works with Windows XP
Hi. If the library computer will only allow you to use Paint, then see if this helps. I just looked for it in search engine. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic42698.html
How to make a forum avatar from any picture using Microsoft Paint
> Using Paint To Adjust The Size Of An Avatar
I've not tried it myself 'cause I use free programme called IrfanView, but if Paint is all you can use, then check it out.
p.s. Just tried it. Works for me

Or, upload it to a free image host such as www.**********.us and put a link to the image in a thread such as this and someone will resize it for you. ;)
