The state of Hawaii, doesn't recognize the childrens health act of 2000 or any other federal mandates. And because of this my father can't get help. His psychiatrist Lillian Holcomb, repeatedly tells my father to kill himself or go to oregon to be euthenized(sp) is basically the only help he can get. My father was told by the BIAA's that he is entitled under the childrens health act of 2000. And my father is being taken advantage of at almost every turn, and currently is going to fail through his construction loan because of this, and is about to become homeless. If anyone can help my father I'll be grateful.
