Hi, I am usually on the hydrocephalus forum for my daughter. I have been on a low dose of Concerta (18 mg) for about 6 months now, and it has helped me to focus and become more productive at work and school. Once in a while, though, I get muscle-related chest wall pain from this (I think it is one of the side effects). I take motrin and it goes away, but what an annoyance. Does anyone else experience this and why (if anyone knows) this can cause tightening of chest wall muscles? Thanks!
