hey jwl cop,
they always play games!!!
i sued, and all my solicitors did, and the wc solicitors did, was create a case, by
1. perverting the course of justice
2. basically doing everything they could to destroy me, and my good name.
3. pay off doctors to pervert the course of justice.
4. pay undercover investigators to pervert the course of justice.
5. building a mountain of paper, to further confuse the simple truth, and further deny fair and balanced justice.
I have the utmost respect for the county court, and my judge,,, but no respect at all for many of the people from around the court, who basically spent 100.000,s dollars, to create a trough, they could all feed out of.
my advice is, if you accept a payout make sure what it is for??
i got 110k for a damaged spinal chord, and back, and neck, knee,s shoulder, head damage, and then my solicitors got 25k of that,
it cost me, my bluestone home, plus a further 15k out of pocket docotrs expenses,
lost approx 500k on home for having to sell when i did,, [their perverting the course of justice]
and although i am lucky to be on weekly payments, it basically means i have been in home detention for 12 years,
with my life monitored, and always with the threat of them perverting the truth again, and putting me on the street again.
dont give up,,
but feel free to email me, for support,
cheers

Thank you for the reply...I spoke with my attorney today and he just received the section 32 proposal for my settlement...I am well prepared and know what to expect, but I dont think this will be over for awhile...they follow me, sit outside my house...this has been the worst thing i have ever been through! I wish you the best and hope everything gets better for you. OH and btw they sent the proposal to the wrong lawyer! Its such a joke.

What I really dont understand is how these people go home and go to sleep at night. When you think about it, the insurance employees could be either one of us. Like they try to claim their are just human like us, but they cannt be. We have been going through this since 2006. My husband work injury was May 22, 2006, we did all the appeals and disputes starting last year. They offered us Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in March, (I would type what I told their attorney, but it might get me banned), we wanted to go before the Judge. Okay so we are gonna go before the judge, no they make us come back again in April. Now they have this nasty attorney there, she tells the mediators she wants me out of the room when they put a paper before my husband to sign (he doesnt sign anything unless I agree) this completely upsets my husband he tells them no they cannt make me leave.
Well we are gonna get to go before a Judge, they have a 60 day window to set the day, they set it for June 8th. They allow us half a day to tell our case, it takes that for just the Ombudsman to get answers out of my husband (Social Security has already deemed him Mentally Incompetent), the Judge she is a great lady and I can tell she has compassion for my husband, however we have to reschedule, she is gonna allow a whole day this time, set for August 3rd, again just shy of the 60 day mark. Our Ombudsman gets hurt and can not attend so they are resetting us, however they assure us they are gonna expedite the hearing and we will be in to see the Judge within two weeks. Wrong we now go September 30, once again barely sliding in under the 60 day mark.
You want to know the kick in the pants here, all he every asked for was to go to a doctor who specialized in brain injury to see if he had a seconday injury. Nothing every mentioned about money or settlement just doctor. Now he wants to know why they denied him for so long.
Sorry to rant, but the system sucks, I am an employer and I pay a huge premium every year for workers compensation, but the difference, I dont care what the insurance company has to say about it, one of my employees get hurt. They come first that is why I pay the premium.
