Difficulty Getting Through

Today, about 1PM PDT, it was impossible to get through to BT Communities and I'm not sure if it was a system problem or our computer.

At one point, I got a screen message saying computer could not access server either due to malfunction there, or server was too busy.

I've never encountered this before and wondered where the problem lies. If at the computer I use, I'll need to wait for local assistance as I consider myself a real novice on this equipment...not quite computer illiterate but close! Cheerio.

It wasn't your computer :) Somewhere along the lines there was a big bottleneck on the internet highway. Seems to be cleared up for now though :)

Thanks. I have a tendency to think that I've done something wrong, hit the wrong key, etc.

I had a very interesting encounter with AOL help desk once, when a friend in Canada could not be emailed by using my address book. It took several back and forth "conversations" before the person admitted it was an AOL problem, not something I did. Boy, was there a reluctance to admit it! Cheerio.
