Thanks for the link. The word that came to my mind as I started my process was purge. Yup, there’s gotta be more room for the better memories as the sad are gaining.
Counseling is in my future ahead. I can “see” it already. I think if I start with the 70's, hit hard on the 80's and continue on I’ll be fine. I hope I won’t argue with an expert but I’ll probably try. I went back and changed the date to 60's. Not so smart at all so guess I'd best just start at wherever it is suggested.
