Hey, Kathy - you made it to 14 days! Two whole weeks as an ex-smoker! :D

We've had some hot and humid weather the last few days but I think there's finally relief in sight. ;) Of course it's supposed to rain too but that's okay because we've been very dry the past month.

How is everyone doing?

Hi there, I have made it 2 weeks!:D I never thought I would, but it seems to get better, then the "habit" catches up with me and I reach for them, then change my thought process. I WILL make it!

My pain has been a huge help! I never thought I would say that! lol

Weather here dropped from 92 monday afternoon to 50 this am. It is 60 now, so I am hoping fall is here but I am sure we will have more heat. I am enjoying the reprieve.
