taboo topic? magic mushrooms?

I read alot about them being beneficial for cluster headaches and wondered about TN. My pathetic neurologist tried to convince my the TN was due to cluster BullS.
well after optical never blocks and (I swear) poking my shoulders and head 10x with some more block he rushed me to the ER to have lidicane shoved down my nose to no avail.
So anyway I want to make sure the topic isnt taboo and I can only focus enough to read so much every day.
So mods please assist , I do Mod at another site so I am trying to be as respectful as possible, but relief is relief. and that is why we are here.
I am doing well enough for the moment, but we all know it is second to second and they are hard to procure. I would seriously bury them in the yard if they truly do help.

All I can say about that, is cluster headaches are horrible and the only thing I can think of that's worse than a cluster headache...is a cluster headache while being high on acid or Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybin). :eek: Now that's what I call a bad trip!

It seems there is some merit to this theory though, maybe worth looking into if you've exhausted all other avenues.

Sounds interesting, but needless to say we haven't had any dealers advertising here onsite yet. Same with grass, even those among us who lived in the blue rooms of the '70s, where just to breathe was to "inhale", are interested in the possible positive effects but are not setting up to market. luckily I don't need anything at the moment, but you never know what the future holds. The dosage is low so no trippin needed.

I understand the theroy on doing what ever works to handle pain. However since I grew up with parents who did these drugs I think I will stay far away from it. LOL. However when rae becomes a teenager and if she tries drugs to handle pain, how would should I handle it? Get mad? I mean really?
